If not for Andre Congiu providing assistance and encouragement along the way, we may have given up a long time ago. As the process took over a year and entailed several snarls along the way, Mr. Congiu provided both migration advice and reasoned optimism to sustain our anxieties and frustrations.
The most difficult part in this type of process is the unknown and at each and every step as questions or issues were raised, Mr. Congiu was both prompt and assuring in responding and despite the level of complexity, no additional resources were requested from us. Thanks very much for your advice. Just days after I asked you for help, I received positive skills assessment from NAATI (Translator). Because I really did not expect that, I asked you for help.
I nominated my skilled occupation "Translator" and while having 115 points I lodged my complete Skilled Independent Overseas Student application on 31st of March. I thought I won't need any further help, but I already received, along with Acknowledgement of Application, Request for Further Information. I was asked to provide information about the relevance of courses undertaken to the nominated skilled occupation (Migration (1994) Regulations, Schedule 1, Item 1128CA(l)(i)(B)). In my case the skilled occupation is "Translator" and I undertook a course and have been granted a Diploma of E-Business. How can I advise how my Australian studies relate to the nominated occupation? Before I lodge my application I called DIMIA and I asked questions also about this issue. I don't remember what the answer was, but I am sure they replied so I did not expect any difficulties in this area. Maybe it is just formal request?
For me is clear: using my polish contacts in Poland I want to establish business in Australia where I could use my E-business as well as Translator skills. Can you please give me some advice?

I haven't contacted with you for long time, how is everything going with you?
Using your advice, in mid September we have lodged a migration application for a skilled business owner (Subclass 160) to PBSPC. Everything has been going very well since then, we have some communications back and forth from our assigned immigration officer. The immigration officer asked us to switch the principal applicant to my husband as she found my own company doesn't meet some criteria while my husband's company meets all the criteria.
Now she would like to have a telephone interview with both of us within a week or so and we will probably do so on December 28th or 29th, so that we don't have to go to Perth, the reason being I'm pregnant.
I would like to have some advice from you about telephone interview based on the information you have about us and our company. What basically questions the immigration officer will ask and what she would like to talk about? Are there any tips on how we should answer questions?
