Level 3 Service

PROFESSIONAL FEES: From US $1,330 (Excludes all other fees)

The Level 3 Service is only for making an application under one of the Contributory Parent visa subclasses.

These fees exclude the Visa Application Charge and any other associated costs – see below.

This service is for eligible clients only who would like further advice and assistance in submitting a valid visa application. That is, only clients who have first purchased our Level 1 Service and whom have been assessed by a Registered Migration Agent as having a reasonable prospect of success in gaining a parent visa. We have adopted this policy to ensure that we do not waste a client’s time or money nor endanger our good reputation within the industry.

This service allows eligible clients to have a Registered Migration Agent handle the entire visa application process.

This service, provided by your personal Registered Migration Agent includes –

• Advice on the most appropriate parent visa subclass to apply for,
• Advice and information about the parent visa application process,
• Provision and completion (with assistance) of the required application forms
• Advice and information on documentation required and how to obtain and have same certified
• Checking of application form and all documentation for errors
• Preparation of a professional submission to accompany your application detailing to the Case Officer exactly how you meet the relevant criteria for the specific visa sub class as outlined in the Migration Regulations 1994.
• Preparation and lodgment your parent visa application with a supporting written submission

Your personal Registered Migration Agent will also liaise with the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) Case Officer assigned to process your application and follow up any queries from your Case Officer, DIAC or any other relevant bodies on your behalf.

Your personal Registered Migration Agent will also keep you abreast at every stage of the process with regular email or written updates. Once your visa is granted we can also provide settlement services to help you settle into Australia.
