We Manage the Entire Visa Application on Your Behalf!

Australian Immigration Laws are very confusing and frequently changing. Every visa application must meet the actual migration requirements for that particular visa subclass in order to be successful. By using our Level 3 service we take care that your application complies with the latest migration legislation, policy and procedures that DIAC Case Officers must follow.

You can be sure your application has the best chances possible. We structure your application to satisfy the relevant migration law, policies and procedures in relation to the visa subclass. We also ensure that all application forms are completed correctly and all required documents and supporting material are submitted together with the application in the right format and on time.

Last but not least, we will also include a professional submission that will address the relevant criteria in the Migration Regulations 1994, as well as in the policy guidelines which DIAC Case Officers use to assess applications called the Procedures Advice Manual (PAM3). This should allow the Case Officer to understand how you meet each relevant criterion.

Unlimited Telephone/Skype Consultation with your Registered Migration Agent

To assist you with the finer details of your case, or to have something explained you can consult with your Registered Migration Agent via telephone. Bookings can easily be made online.

Rest assured that you can phone during normal Australian business hours and we will personally answer your call and provide you with advice and assistance. Level 3 Service clients are also given personal mobile/cell phone numbers should they need contact after hours.

Formal Representation

We also liaise with the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) Case Officer assigned to process your application and follow up any queries from your Case Officer, DIAC or any other relevant bodies on your behalf.

We will also keep you abreast at every stage of the process with regular email updates.

This is a critical responsibility as there are a number of instances during which you may need to contact The Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) or where they send important correspondence regarding your case.

In most instances, you will have a specified time in which to respond or communicate with DIAC otherwise your application can be jeopardised and your Advisor is there to ensure that this does not happen to you.

Your dedicated Registered Migration Agent personally reviews your visa application forms to ensure that they are completed correctly and completely and make necessary amendments.

Collate & Review all Documentation

The Level 3 Service also includes professional preparation and review of all documents to be submitted. You will have peace of mind and can relax knowing that your Registered Migration Agent will handle everything. We will also receive and manage any correspondence for you

You can rely on the qualifications, knowledge and work experience of your dedicated Solicitor and Registered Migration Agent to professionally state your case and the supporting evidence in the most effective manner to maximise your chance of success.

eVisa Lodgment OR Overnight Courier of your Visa Application via DHL with Delivery Confirmation.

Consultation Fees

  • From AU$1,800.00 (Exact fee depends upon applicant and visa subclass - excludes all other fees)

This service is available to eligible clients only (that is, those clients who have first purchased a Level 1 Service or attended a Face to Face Consultation and have been assessed as being eligible to meet the requirements and having a reasonable prospect of success) and is designed for those who would like a Solicitor and Registered Migration Agent to manage the entire visa application process.
