I would like to sincerely thank Andre, Teresa and all the team at My Australian Visa.com for helping me to convert my employer sponsored 457 work visa to permanent residency through ENS visa. Initially I consulted My Australian Visa.com through the face to face consultation as I had prepared my application for a Skilled Independent 175 visa and wanted the re-assurance that I was eligible and on the right path. I had seen a few different Lawyers and Agents but never seemed to get clarification on my case. Luckily Andre advised me not to lodge the application as I could not meet the requirements and would have had my application refused which would have wasted a lot of money and time and effort. Instead Andre assessed my profile and advised the best shot was to go with employer sponsorship visa ENS. It was not a clear cut case and I did need to be approved as an Exceptional Appointment. But Andre made the process seamless and the submission to the Case Officer was excellent. I was not required to pay the 2^nd installment of the Visa Charge and got my permanent residency visa in a very quick time.
