Wednesday 2^nd March 2011 is a day I will never forget. At 4:22pm, I unexpectedly received your phone call to learn about the success of our submission. I like to call it “our” because without your support and expertise I would never be where I am today.

During our one month encounter prior to the lodgement date, you maintained exceptional professionalism and demonstrated boundless knowledge on all aspects of the process. Despite putting you under such time pressure and requesting numerous face-to-face consultations, you always made yourself available to me. Always returned my emails, calls and messages promptly. Always made me feel there was no silly question to ask! Even in times of uncertainty, you generously and continuously gave me the reassurance and confidence I needed.

I originally contacted you on a word-of-mouth referral basis, and have never been left any room for doubt in being under your guidance. My Australian Visa is much more than a migration agent service, and I am honoured to continue this chain of referral (in fact, it started long before this was written!).
