Application Process

Provided you can meet the basic requirements there are numerous steps in applying for an Investor Retirement Visa.

These include:

Obtaining Australian State or Territory government sponsorship
Inquiring about making a Designated Investment with the Treasury Corporation, in the State or Territory that will sponsor you
Lodging the Investor Retirement visa application form, the sponsorship form, and payment of the visa application charge
Undertaking the health and character checks
Lodging the designated investment with the Treasury Corporation in the State or Territory that has sponsored you.
Making payment of the Second Instalment of the Visa Application Charge
All Investor Retirement visa (subclass 405 – Temporary) applications must be lodged at the Perth Business Centre
